OFFSET PRINTING

Offset Printing usually offers the most cost-effective pricing models for producing high-quality prints in large quantities. At MEDIUS, we typically use offset printing for medium to large volume orders of shelf cartons, product boxes, brochures, magazines, catalogs, posters and much more.

Offset (also known as lithography) printing is one of the oldest and still most common printing techniques. The advantages include the ability to print on larger sheet sizes, Pantone color capability, and various coating options.

At MEDIUS, we use the industry’s most advanced computer-to-plate printing equipment to produce consistently sharp, clean images and type.

DIGITAL PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD)

For smaller volume “quick turn” print jobs, we typically recommend Digital Print-on-Demand (POD). At MEDIUS, we can print brochures, flyers, pamphlets and mailers directly from digital sources onto a variety of media using high-quality commercial laser or inkjet printers.

Because there are fewer technical steps involved, print-on-demand digital printing offers a shorter turnaround time than other print methods. Recent advances in digital printing technology have also significantly improved print quality while bringing down costs. Our state-of-the-art digital printing presses can even print metallic gold, silver, and spot clear coating.

With POD digital printing, you can eliminate waste and reduce shipping and storage costs by printing only what you need. This is ideal for customized collateral projects that require variable imaging or data, serialization, or mail merge.

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING

Large Format Printing utilizes computer-controlled printers to create everything from banners, poster-boards, and trade show graphics to decals, vehicle wraps, backdrops, directional signage, and more.

At MEDIUS, we offer super-wide or grand format printers that support print rolls up to 120 inches and boards up to 5 feet by 10 feet. We also have lay-flat bed printers that can print on rigid media up to 2 inches thick.

Our experienced wide format team excels at post-print finishing, utilizing precision digital cutting plotters and lay-flat routing machines to carefully trim everything from custom-shaped decals and mylar film to vinyl, gator board, styrene, PVC, or any other material that requires a custom cut.
