Software Launch and Monitoring

Once acceptance testing and problem resolution is completed by your company, the application will be ready for launch with real time end users. Medius will sign off on a Certificate of Conformance, certifying that the software application meets the requirements of the Statement of Work. Your company will sign off on an Acceptance of Software form, and will note any minor issues still under resolution.

The project managers, lead engineer and one software engineer are available 24/7 during the initial three day timeframe after launch to provide constant monitoring and assurance, and are ready to react to any noticed problem on a Tier 1 Support basis.
