Our knowledgeable staff will answer all your inquiries within two business hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. After hours and non-business day inquiries will be answered within four business hours from the start of the next business day.
Phone: If you prefer, you may contact us by phone from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. For after hours and non-business hours, voicemail will allow you to place an inquiry that will be processed on the following business day.
Fax: Download this easy Fax Request Form to fax your inquiry to us. A Customer Service Representative will call you within two business hours from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday. After hours and non-business hours inquiries will be answered within four business hours from the start of the next business day.
Creating An Account
Before we can process your first order, you will be asked to set up an online account to order your printing and CD/DVD projects. Maintaining an account at Medius offers many advantages. It allows you to check your order history, view your project status, track current orders and access your order receipt. It also keeps track of your billing information and shipping addresses, so you only have to enter this information once when placing orders. Of course, all your data is encrypted and secure.
Setting up an account is easy: before placing your first order, you can register by creating a login using your email address as well as a password of your own choosing in the Client Login section.
Forgot your password?
Simply go to the Client Login section and enter your email address, then click the Forgot Your Password link. Your password will be automatically emailed to you instantly.
Click on the Client Login button to access your account, or to create your own personalized account with Medius. If you're already logged in, click on My Account found in the Customer Support section. A historical listing and status of all your orders and quotes, as well as your Billing Information and Shipping Information, will be displayed in Your Account.
You can easily add or edit multiple addresses for your Billing and Shipping Information; check on your project status; track your order and view a complete history of your quotes and orders with a simple click of the mouse.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders for printing and CD/DVD products will be shipped the same business day of completion via your designated carrier or best way to obtain your requested need by date.
Orders will be shipped and charged to your specified carrier's account number if requested. Medius can also choose the best carrier for your shipment and invoice you for the freight charges incurred on your order.
All international shipments are made DDU (duty/taxes to be paid by recipient).
Return & Replacement Policy
All printing and CD/DVD products may be returned for a full refund or replacement order within 30 days from the order shipment date if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your products. No return or replacement will be authorized for order shipments after 31+ days.>
Printing and CD/DVD products that have been damaged in transit, or that are defective, will have a replacement order sent by Medius. The products must be returned for a replacement shipment within 30 days from the order shipment date. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your product. No return or replacement will be authorized for order shipments after 31+ days.
Returns must be sent back in their original shipping containers or packaging with freight prepaid by the client.
Medius accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, and Discover credit cards are accepted. Please ensure the Billing Address Information is as it appears on your credit card statement when placing your order.
For those customers who have previously established a line of credit with Medius, you can issue a purchase order number for billing purposes and enter it during the check out process of your order. You can also upload a copy of your purchase order during the check out process, or fax a copy to 408.519.5001, attention Accounting Department. A Customer Service Representative will contact you for verification.
For those customers who have not established credit with Medius, please complete the online Credit Application found in the Customer Support section of this website. We will make every effort to extend you a credit line within 48 business hours. Once your credit line is established and we receive a hard copy of your Purchase Order, we will commence the production of your project.
Taxes and Duties
State and local sales taxes will be charged for orders destined for physical delivery in the States of California and Texas, as indicated on the Shipping Information entered during the check out process when placing your order. The tax charges are calculated at the time of payment processing and will be viewable on your receipt.
Orders destined for delivery in all countries outside of the U.S. are not charged sales or VAT taxes during the check out process. The recipient of the order, however, will be responsible for payment to customs any import duties and Value Added Taxes (VAT).
Tax Exempt customers can provide your Reseller's Permit Authorization Number during the billing process to classify your purchase as tax exempt.
